NPA Future Conferences
Each year, the National PACE Association offers a Spring Policy Forum, a Summer Conference, the NPA Annual Conference in the fall and a Virtual Winter Conference.
2025 NPA Spring Policy Forum
The 2025 NPA Spring Policy Forum will be held March 17-18 in Washington, DC. The forum will be held at the Mayflower Hotel. The room rate will be $339, plus taxes and fees. More information will be available in fall 2024.
2025 NPA Summer Conference
The 2025 NPA Summer Conference will be held June 6-8 at the JW Marriot Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. A Quality Symposium and Medical Director Essentials Course will be held on Friday, June 6, followed by a Clinical Symposium on Saturday and Sunday, June 7-8. Highlights will include a welcome reception, site tours of local PACE programs, and an off-site social event.
2025 NPA Annual Conference
The 2025 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 5-8 in New York, NY. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 6-8. The conference will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis. The room rate is $399.
2026 NPA Spring Policy Forum
The 2026 NPA Spring Policy Forum will be held March 23-24 in Washington, DC. The forum will be held at the Mayflower Hotel. The room rate will be $359, plus taxes and fees. More information will be available in the fall of 2025.
2026 NPA Summer Conference
The 2026 NPA Summer Conference will be held June 5-7 at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland, OH. A Quality Symposium and Medical Director Essentials Course will be held on Friday, June 5, followed by a Clinical Symposium on Saturday and Sunday, June 5-7. Highlights will include a welcome reception, site tours of local PACE programs, and an off-site social event.
The NPA Summer Conference brings together hundreds of clinical and quality PACE leaders from across the country to learn best practices, network, and develop strategies for optimizing the outcomes of PACE participants. The target audience includes medical directors, quality leaders, primary care and clinical staff, and clinical care managers, but the conference is open to a variety of disciplines.

The 2026 NPA Annual Conference will be held Oct. 11-14 in Denver, CO. Symposiums on a range of topics relevant to PACE will be held on Sunday, Oct. 11, followed by educational sessions Monday through Wednesday, Oct. 12-14. The conference will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. The room rate is $299.
