If you have any questions that can’t be answered by this FAQ page, please see our NPA staff listing to learn more about our staff, their areas of focus and contact information.
If you are unsure who to contact, you can always reach us at info@npaonline.org and we’ll get you directed to the right staff member.
How do I connect with other members?
There are several ways to connect with other members, such as:
- Finding members through the directory, which you can access in the "Member Community" section of the homepage when logged into the NPA website.
- Joining our e-Communities, which you can access by visiting the "Go to Member Site" section at the top of the page.
- Participating in one of our education events, which you can learn more about by visiting the "Connect and Learn" section when logged in to the NPA website.

What can I do now that I am a member?
Now that you are a member, you have access to a wealth of members-only pages and resources on the site as well as a wide variety of member benefits. To learn more:

How do I login to the website?
- Visit npaonline.org
- At the top of the screen, click “Member Login”
- Enter your username and password and click "Sign in." If you have forgotten your email and password, use the "forgot username" or "forgot password" link. If you do not have an account and are employed by a member organization of NPA, click "create account."
