Rob Schreiber, MD, AGSF, is vice president and national medical director of myPlace Health, an integrated care delivery organization that delivers services to vulnerable older adults through the PACE model and as a value-based provider working in partnership with local health plans. Previously, he was vice president and medical director for five years at Summit ElderCare, the ninth largest PACE program in the country. He is past chair of the NPA Medical Directors Subcommittee and was a member of the NPA Primary Care Committee. He has presented nationally on PACE innovation and medical directorship. Board-certified in geriatrics and internal medicine, he has served in geriatric leadership roles over the past 38 years at organizations such as Hebrew SeniorLife and Lahey Clinic and was medical director for an Area Agency on Aging and numerous nursing homes.
