Dawn Poeller has been director of Quality and Compliance for 16 years at Care Resources PACE, where she manages a quality team that addresses compliance and quality improvement, risk adjustment and encounter data, CMS and state audits, technology and reporting, health information management, utilization management, infection control, and training and education. She also serves as the HIPAA privacy officer, compliance officer, and a member of the senior leadership team. She has worked in quality improvement and compliance in the health care industry for 22 years and was manager of operations and personnel at a law firm for 10 years.
