Innovative Integrated Health Celebrates 10 Years of Service

The first PACE program of Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. (IIH) recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Fresno PACE, in Fresno, CA, was the first health care plan of its kind in Central Valley when it opened its doors in August 2014 to 21 participants.

In the decade that has followed, the reach of IIH has expanded throughout Central and Southern California. Today, IIH delivers more than 1 million care services annually across its three programs serving Fresno, Kern, Tulare and Orange counties. A fourth location is scheduled to open in Northern California by 2026.

From a single program in Fresno, CA, the IIH PACE team has grown to over 750 care professionals and team members who deliver services to 2,000 seniors across four counties. Services are provided in more than 15 languages to ensure access to high-quality care for a broad, multicultural community.
