U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) this week visited AllCare PACE, the newest Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in the state. AllCare serves older adults in Jackson and Josephine counties. Oregon State Rep. Lily Morgan (R-Grants Pass) accompanied Sen. Wyden in touring the PACE center.

A key advisory committee to Xavier Becerra, secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), fully endorsed expanding Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and recommended strategies that will allow more older adults residing in rural areas to access needed care and services in their homes and communities.

Bob Casey (D-PA), chair of the U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging, and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), ranking member of the committee.
