Jerry Wilborn, MD, FCCP, is medical director at PACE North. He has been a leader, entrepreneur and executive in the post-acute industry for more than 30 years. He was national medical director of Team Health, overseeing the largest physician-led post-acute practice in the country; senior executive at IPC, contributing to the acquisition of numerous physician practices; clinical quality consultant in post-acute care; and medical director of many post-acute skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospice companies and PACE organizations. He sold two large provider groups to publicly traded companies and earned “Top Doctor” recognition from the American College of Physicians.
