Jyotika Goel, MPH, CPHQ, is director of Quality Improvement at WelbeHealth Long Beacha. She has worked in PACE for nine years and in quality and compliance for more than 15 years. She began her career as a dentist in another country, where she developed a passion for ensuring quality and compliance in health care settings. She participated in the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) through UCSD School of Medicine and pursued a Master Certificate in Six Sigma. She earned an MPH in health management and policy and CPHQ certification.
