Rocky Mountain PACE at Explorer Holds Grand Opening
Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) recently celebrated the grand opening of a new site on Explorer Drive in Colorado Springs, CO. Rocky Mountain PACE at Explorer is a state-of-the-art clinical site and office building spanning 59,100 square feet that serves seniors in the Pikes Peak Region.
Participants in El Paso County receive primary and specialty care, as well as dental, vision, hearing, rehabilitation services, medical transportation, meals and social activities at two locations of Rocky Mountain PACE.
Members of the Colorado Springs and Tri-Lakes chambers of commerce attended the ribbon-cutting. RMHCS leaders and board members greeted more than 250 guests, who enjoyed catered food and guided tours. The tours included a scavenger hunt map that highlighted activities and services available to PACE participants.
"We are excited to open another much-needed location for the participants in the PACE program," said president and CEO Nate Olson. "When you think about why we do what we do, it's to help people who have been underserved their entire lives. We provide medical services for people so they can stay in their own homes with the help and support of 433 amazing team members. We are blessed to serve in this community."
